CCP is experienced with many requirements for various commodities. We support production needs from prototype, low volume to high volume programs. There are 3 overhead lines, clean room and mask booths available to meet all challenges. Our team is experienced in most paint systems from waterbase, solvent base, 2K waterbase, 2K solvent base and soft touches. During the quotation stage, we assure the project will fit CCP’s capabilities, which are many.

Our Precision Custom Painting Process
Your project is our passion, at CCP we work closely with our customer to create the best finish possible utilizing the state of the art painting and coating equipment. We utilize conventional paint air guns, HVLP paint guns as well as pressure pots to produce the best possible finish for our customers projects.

HVLP Paint Gun
HVLP stands for High Volume, Low Pressure, and an HVLP paint gun is a type of paint spray gun designed for efficient and controlled paint application. It is commonly used in automotive refinishing and other applications that require precision and a high-quality finish. We utilize BINK paint gun for many applications.
Paint Pressure Pots
At CCP we utilize pressure pots which are designed to regulate pressure of paint used by conventional or HVLP paint sprayers. At CCP our goal is t ensure a consistent and even flow of paint.
Prep Before Paint
To ensure the best finish CCP preps parts as required with an MEK (Methyl Ethyl Ketone) or isopropyl wipe.
Cleaning
At CCP we also use air cleaning and special tips from Ionized Air guns as well as de-static guns to prep our customers parts for paint.
Paint Drying
Certain paints require oven drying we occurs at 180 degrees F other parts can be rack or shelf drying. Our painting process utilizes both batch ovens and conveyor linked ovens.
Environment
CCP utilizes several types of paint booths including open or enclosed booths as well as clean rooms for particular applications to ensure the best quality paint results.
Packaging
The final step is packing our parts in customer specified packaging to ensure the paint is protected during shipment. It some cases we will wrap parts in foam or insert in a sleeve. CPP has a full loading dock as well as inside bay and high low lift trucks to efficiently handle our customers orders.
